FULL SERVICE PLANNING

From finding your dream venue to sourcing all your vendors, we’ll be with you every step of the way. Starting from the ground up, we’ll construct every part of your day, from detailed timelines to realizing the overall design and aesthetic for your wedding. We’ll schedule and attend all vendor meetings, executing your vision while keeping you on time and on budget. We’ll ensure the planning of your wedding is fun and stress-free.

PARTIAL PLANNING

You’ve already done some of the heavy lifting, but you’re looking for a couple pros to come in and take over. As soon as you decide you’d like to work with us, we’ll serve as your sounding board and advise you on your remaining vendor selections. Several months prior to your wedding, we will effortlessly take over the planning process and attend all final vendor meetings.

MONTH-OF PLANNING

Your wedding is planned and you’ve hired all your vendors, but you need experts you can trust to make sure no stone has been left unturned in those crucial final weeks leading up to your wedding. We will start working with you 6 weeks prior to the wedding, reviewing all your plans and attending the final walkthrough at the venue to ensure a seamless transition. On the day-of, we will handle all on-site logistics.

Social Events

We offer event packages to suit everyone. If you're planning an engagement party, graduation party, bridal shower or any other event, we have the right package for you. If you don't find what you are looking for below, please let us know and we will be happy to design a custom package just for you.

This is for the client who is doing all of the planning, but would like to enjoy their event without worrying about the details. This package consists of event set up, coordination with vendors, keeping to the event timeline and event tear down.

  • Two consultation appointments, (must be scheduled 6-8 weeks prior to the event date)
  • Communication with all vendors starting one month prior to the event date
  • Continuous correspondence and weekly updates starting one month prior to the event date
  • Creation of event day itinerary
  • Attending final walk through at venue(s)
  • Up to 8 hours of onsite set up and coordination, which includes:
  • Arriving early to supervise & assist vendors in delivery and setup
  • Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary
  • Assist in gathering gifts, personal items, clothing, decor, etc., after the event
  • Supervise event tear down and load-out

Are you having a holiday party, awards ceremony, fundraiser or any other kind of corporate event? Let us take care of the details so you can stay focused on your work. We design custom packages for all of our corporate events, so that you get exactly what you want. Here are a few of the things that we can put into a custom package:
